How to mod CARS in gta 4 for Xbox 360?

I would like to know how to mod CARS in gta 4. I have tried to use xplorer360 and openiv. I would like a program that is just for modding CARS in gta 4 for xbox 360. I would also like a guide on how to mod CARS. Remember, for XBOX 360, and I am modding CARS.

not sure if u can do it through usb or transfer cable but you could most likely do it with a jtag’ed xbox, google it if u dont know what it is.
